The Comunero Revolt in Argentina (ca. 1723–35) was a prolonged episode of uprising against the colonial government by residents in northeastern Argentina (Corrientes) and an adjacent part of Paraguay who felt marginalized by the Jesuit domination of the Guarani Indian labor pool and the Society of Jesus’s near monopoly of the yerba mate and tobacco trade with Buenos Aires.
• Very good condition. Margins a little irregular; paper a little rumpled. Written in a clear, easy to read hand. (24647)

This paean to Bolívar and his achievements is peculiarly set up on the page: The composition of the top half of page one is centered and essentially set "margin to margin," while the bottom half is set in a single column in the right-hand half of the space. That is, the text is set in the lower right quarter of the first page. The remaining text is similarly set in the lower right quarters of the other three pages.
Rare: We fail to trace any copies via OCLC, RLIN, NUC Pre-1956, Posada, or Palau.
• Not in Posada, Bibliografía bogotana. In good/very good condition. Old folds, some light dust-soiling, minor spotting. 
Fine piece of Bolivariana.
