First dual-language edition. Originally printed in Spanish and later translated to English, this War of Jenkins' Ear pamphlet defends the Spaniards' actions by listing specific examples of British offense in Florida, Jamaica, and the "American Seas"; it further offers rebuttals to claims of King George II in his declaration of war, with specific focus on the Treaty of Utrecht.
Following a dual-language title-page and a half-title in English, the text is printed in Spanish and English on opposite facing pages.
